Once your package is processed at our Indianapolis facility, it will move through several stages. Here is what each status means according to our Track Your Order guidelines:

  • Processing: We have received your order and are currently preparing it (Handling time: 1-2 business days).
  • Shipped: Your package has been handed over to our carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to your destination.
  • Delivered: The carrier has confirmed the package is at your address.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard/Free Shipping: 4 – 6 Business Days.
